For many years on Catalina Island we started the Plein Air Movement, created by Denise Burns. I loved the backside of the island, "away from the maddening crowds", where the songs of birds can be heard!! And I love Eucs, this one was especially majestic. I was honored to be there at the right time of day to capture this gentle giant!
