I was sketching this fisherman who was taking down his gear when this runner went by. I quickly sketched him and colored it in later after I kind of blew the first one.
The fisherman wanted the first one so I gave it to him. He was very patient and showed up on a beach further South where he came over and talked about how he had shared his sketch with his neighbors. Pen & Ink with soft pastels on #140 Strathmore.
