This is a recent painting of the nearby fishing town of Hastings in East Sussex. It has a small fishing fleet of maily wooden boats that are dragged up on the beach by bull dozers. It was difficult truying to make sense of all the clutter and the boats and to get everything organised on a grey Winters day but thoroughly enjoyable
